Returns
At AUREX, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

- Be in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind

- Clearance or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
